This transparency begins with our well-defined design process. You can expect to experience the following steps when you sign on to work with us.

Step 1: The Initial Consultation

We will meet with you to discuss the scope of work. For example, if you are looking for a designer to design and actualize a kitchen remodel, we will sit down and discuss everything from new surfaces, flooring and lighting to design style preferences and budget. We will carefully walk you through what you can expect and provide you with a timeline and action item list.

If we feel like we are good fit for one another, we may dive deeper during this consultation, reviewing your design preferences to get a better sense of what your vision looks like.

Step 2: Design Phase

Once our consultation is complete, and you decide to move forward with our services, we will reconvene to finalize selections and construction documents, including lighting floor plans, electrical floor plans and 3D renderings. This is where your project really starts to take form and you can see the space come to life.

Step 3: Remodeling Services

We offer full remodeling services to bring your project from design all the way through to project completion. If you choose to work with our team on bringing your design to life, we will organize every detail of the project. This includes scheduling all aspects of your remodeling project and purchasing selections such as fixtures, flooring and lighting. We will make sure the full project runs efficiently and that we complete it in a timely manner.

Step 4: The Final Walkthrough

Once your remodeling project is complete, we will perform a physical walkthrough of your space with you. Our goal is to ensure you are happy. We will ask if you feel that all work performed and items selected are up to your standards. If not, we will set up a time to make final adjustments. Your happiness is paramount.
